The short version
If the book is not for you, reply to your receipt within 14 days and ask for your money back. You will get it. You do not need to explain yourself, and there is no form to fill in.
Why we do it this way
A book about not getting tricked online would be a strange place to hide a refund policy behind six conditions. If the first chapter is not what you expected, you should not be stuck with it.
How to ask

- Include the email address you used at checkout
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
The one limit
We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests from the same person across multiple purchases. This is not aimed at readers who change their mind, it is aimed at the small number of people who treat a refund policy as a way to collect books for free.
